Welcome Vanessa Andres
Before joining ChemE, Vanessa Andres worked in the Registrar’s Office where she held the title of Student Records Assessor and Exam and Petitions Coordinator. Prior to that, she worked as the First Year Assistant in the First Year Office and enjoyed her interactions with incoming students. Vanessa completed both her undergraduate and her Master’s Degree in Information at U of T. In her spare time, she enjoys cycling, running and eating snacks.

Michael Sefton to receive Lifetime Achievement Award from TERMIS
Michael Sefton has been named this year’s recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Tissue Engineering & Regenerative Medicine International Society (TERMIS). The award, issued by the organization’s Americas chapter, recognizes his immense contributions to the fields of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. Read more.
Alison McGuigan wins Hart Professorship award
Seven U of T Engineering faculty members have received the inaugural Percy Edward Hart and Erwin Edward Hart Professorships, enhancing emerging research and education across the Facult. Among the winners is Alison McGuigan. Read more.
