Special Lecture on Friday, August 2
Dr. Jeffrey Karp of Harvard/MIT will be giving a seminar entitled Bio-Inspired Platform Tissue Adhesive Technologies on Friday, August 2 from 10-11am in the Rosebrugh Building, Room 208. Irving O. Shoichet Lecture on Wednesday, September 18
The 2013 Irving O. Shoichet Lecture will featureProfessor Jeffrey A. Hubbell from Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne. Professor Hubbell's research focuses on biomaterial issues in tissue engineering, cell-based therapies, drug delivery and medical devices. He will be speaking on Wednesday, September 18 from 12:30-2pm in WB116. Professor Molly Shoichet welcomes suggestions for next year's speaker. Please send your recommendations directly to her office.
